Jacquelyn L. Dill is a 2003 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Certified Public Accountant.

Jacquelyn is experienced in helping clients with residential construction disputes, homeowner issues, landowner issues, environmental concerns, contract litigation, business organizations, and social security disability. Areas of expertise also include property law and business law, which includes quiet title actions, wind farm contract negotiation, real estate litigation, environmental litigation, business contracts, business formation and business litigation.

Throughout Jacquelyn's career, she has successfully represented thousands of Oklahoma royalty owners in class action suits against some of the largest oil companies in the world. Jacquelyn was awarded the Rising Star Award in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 by Super Lawyers magazine for her practice in the area of oil and gas law and was awarded the Rising Star Award in 2013 for her work in environmental law.

Notable Cases: In 2005, the class action case of Lobo v. BP, brought on behalf of working interest owners nationwide in wells operated by BP settled for $150,000,000.00. Also in 2005, the class action case of Continental Resources Inc. v. Conoco, brought on behalf of working interest owners statewide in wells operated by ConocoPhillips, settled for $27,000,000.00.

In 2009, the class action case of Simmons v. Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, brought on behalf of thousands of Oklahoma royalty owners in wells operated by Anadarko Petroleum, settled for $155,000,000.00.  Mrs. Dill also represented a class of over 197,000 former and current hourly workers in Oklahoma Wal-Mart Stores in the case of Lerma v. Wal-Mart.  This case settled in 2009 for $42,500,000.00.

Jacquelyn graduated Valedictorian from Cyril High School in Cyril, Oklahoma in 1996. She then graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University magna cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelors in Business Administration--Accounting. Jacquelyn then attended the University of Oklahoma, College of Law, where she received the Nathalie Pierrepont Comfort Scholarship. Jacquelyn became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2003 and graduated law school with honors later that same year.

Jacquelyn is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Oklahoma and in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a 2015 graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Jacquelyn is a volunteer with the Oklahoma County Courthouse Access to Justice Clinic, serves on the Board of The Caleb Effect Foundation, and is 2015 winner of Wheel of Fortune.
